Food revenue NOT included above yet expenses such as added utility and fuel costs incurred in restaurant are included. White Eagle had a large conference room with a stage(150 capacity) and two smaller conference rooms. White Eagle has 40 spacious rooms with private baths all fully functioning. There are an addtional 7 apartments kitchens included, that are currently underutilized. Due to mom and pop nature of this business much business has been turned away simply due Joe and feeling that we had as much business as two people could handle. Minimal advertising has been done for above reason. Intelligent advertsing extremely effective. Building for sale as is and includes all furnishings.
